Precision Balances

Capacity  x Resolution (= maximum load the balance will accept) x (= smallest division on balance display)

NOTE: Please note that all OPTEK balances feature overload protection (saftey stops on the load sensor).BUT the higher the resolution of the balance (0.001g being higher than 0.01g) the more sensitive the instrument is to mishandling.Please keep in mind that a 300g x 0.01g reads to 1 part in 30,000;600g x 0.01g = 1 part in 60,000;300g x 0.001g = 1 part in 300,000;etc.These precision balances are not toys but quality precision instruments.For further details please contact your nearest ISSCO office
