In order to provide our customers with the best prices and support we have to ensure that all customers assist us in making business as simple as possible.Please consult the following or contact us before placing you order if in any doubt.Thanking you in advance for your patience & understanding.

All goods sold by Industrial & Scientific Supply Co.Pty Ltd (herein referred to as ISSCO) are supplied strictly upon the basis of these General Terms & Conditions of Sale unless amended in writing by an authorized representative of ISSCO

• Please note that as a result of excessive paperwork and handling costs we have a minimum purchase value of $40 + gst for any individual order
• ISSCO offers courtesy accounts to Australian Government registered educational institutions and reserves the right to cancel these accounts at it's discretion.
• The payment period for courtesy accounts is specified on all Tax Invoices (should customers have problems making payment within the requested period,we would ask the the customer please inform us as soon as possible.Unreasonably drawn out payments may attract account keeping fees and/or penalties)
• CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Please note that school prices are special discounted prices.We offer VISA or Mastercard payment facilities as a convenience to the customer.However due to unavoidable (extra) bank fees,we have to charge a 2.52% levy on credit card payments (this is the fee charged by the bank on credit card transactions as of June 1,2010).Credit card details should be faxed to Fax.(02) 9736 2835.For further details please contact us on Ph.(02) 9743 2588
• All prices indicated on mailers and the website exclude GST and delivery/handing unless stated otherwise in writing by ISSCO
• All goods remain the property of ISSCO until paid for in full.Title shall not pass between ISSCO and the purchaser unless the payment has been made in full and any other sums due in respect of the goods.
  ISSCO accepts no liabilities/guarantees/waranties/risk or otherwise for products where payment has not been made in full.
  

• ISSCO will make every effort to adhere to required delivery dates.For urgently required goods please contact for earliest delivery details.

• All products are packed so as to minimize the possibility of damage in transport (insurance is optional to be requested by the customer)
  Claims for damaged or short (incomplete) delivery must be made in writing and either faxed or mailed to ISSCO within 7 days of delivery of the goods.(email is not accepted due to the unreliable nature of emails) .
  Damaged goods must be correctly stored so they do not incur any further damage not related to the original problem
• Goods may only be returned to ISSCO for credit/return within 7 days provided that ISSCO has consented in writing.
  Where goods are returned for credit (except where goods have been wrongfully supplied by ISSCO),
  a handling charge and restocking charge may apply (Details on request)
  Note that goods not returned in their original packaging or having been abused or damaged in any way by the customer will not be able to be returned for credit unless agreed to in writing by ISSCO.
  Any expense for the return of the goods,unless specified in writing by ISSCO will be solely the responsibility of the purchaser.Damage from incorrect handling/packing for the returned goods will void any consent that ISSCO has given for the return of the goods.
• WARNING: Goods returned not packed correctly in the original packaging and without reasonable packing protection (especially for precision instruments) will AUTOMATICALLY VOID any or implied warranty.It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned goods arrive in the condition that it was received in.
• Consequential Claims that arise from an event (which excludes loss or damage due to transport) causing consequential loss will only be recognised to the extent of cover provided by the original manufacturer's/agent's insurance.
